Throughout the trip, the food is very varied. You can sample typical dishes from the rich Moroccan cuisine, as well as our international cuisine at the hotel buffet. In all our establishments, the food is typical of the region, but always tailored to Western stomachs, avoiding the strongest spices. Moroccan food is not particularly spicy like other world cuisines, such as Indian or Mexican, but it does offer a rich variety of flavors thanks to the spices.
