Day 2 of the itinerary
Today, in a 4x4 with a driver, we'll venture deep into the Central High Atlas Mountains, discovering spectacular landscapes. We'll visit Berber villages like Boutaghrar and Amskar, where time seems to have stood still. We'll see mountains, canyons, and valleys, as well as caves still inhabited by mountain nomads. We'll explore the M'Goun Gorges for an unforgettable experience. Lunch will be en route at a traditional gîte d'étape. Overnight stay and dinner at the 4-star Hotel Xaluca Dades.
Day 3 of the itinerary
This morning we'll depart south to cross the Anti-Atlas Mountains, also known as the "Little Atlas." Along the way, we'll catch glimpses of the striking shapes of Jebel Saghro, a massif reaching 2,712 meters at its highest peak. The arid, lunar-like landscape will lead us to the village of N'Kob, the cradle of the Ait Atta, one of the ancestral tribes of this region of North Africa. We'll enjoy the contrast between the ochre-colored adobe of its kasbahs and the green of the palm groves that give way to the Draa Valley, which we'll travel through towards Ouarzazate. Accommodation and dinner at a riad in the medina or a 4-star hotel.
Day 4 of the itinerary
At the agreed time, transfer to Ouarzazate airport to catch the flight back to the point of origin.
